1oz Fresh White Truffle Risotto Dinner Kit

Fresh Italian White Truffle Risotto Dinner Kit comes with everything you need to make a top-class Italian gourmet meal in minutes. 

This kit includes:

- 1oz Fresh White Truffle, freshly imported from Italy twice a week

- 1 Risotto Melotti Vialone Nano 2.2lb (1kg)

- 1 Truffle Butter (50g)

- 2.2lb Parmigiano Reggiano

- 1 Stainless Steel Truffle Slicer

Preparation method

In a pot add some extra virgin olive oil with some chopped garlic if you wish to. In the meantime, heat some vegetable broth in a stockpot over medium-low heat until warmed. Add the rice to the pan, cook and stir rice until fragrant, about 1/2 minutes. Add 1 ladle of the hot broth to the rice mixture and stir constantly until the broth is absorbed. Keep adding 1 ladle of broth at a time. After 15 to 20 minutes, the rice should be close to al dente. Add a generous amount of grated parmesan and keep cooking until rice is tender but firm to the bite. Remove from heat and stir in the butter. Plate the risotto and shave truffles on top with the truffle slicer. Buon appetito!
